Surgerynet Mission Statement

"To support the efforts of our member surgeons to provide quality cost effective care to their patients in a competitive managed care environment by forming long-term strategic partnerships with managed care plans and by providing services that enhance the clinical and business performance of member practices."

The organizing principles behind Surgerynet were grounded in development of a physician owned organization focused on quality surgeons providing the highest quality patient care. To accomplish these goals, ownership is vested in the member practices with each member practice holding an equal share of ownership. In addition, each member practice holds a seat on Surgerynet’s Board of Directors.

	Surgerynet Organization

Management of Surgerynet is the responsibility of its Executive Committee, which is elected by the Board of Directors and representative of each of the surgical specialties. The following are the current members of the Executive Committee:
